Homework

Home > Provision  > Teaching > Homework

There is an expectation that your child will complete set homework, the amount of which will vary across the school.

Parents are provided with parent outlines each term outlining the work that their children will be carrying out in school and expectations around what homework needs to be completed on a weekly basis. We recommend that all children read to an adult at home every evening for between 15 and 30 minutes. We encourage all parents and carers to support their child’s learning by providing a quiet place for doing homework and ensuring homework is returned to the class teacher on time.
