Bikers’ Breakfast & Dr Bike Session
Sep 27 @ 8:30 am – 10:30 am

As part of our celebration of the Big Pedal Bike to School Week we are running a Bikers’ Breakfast and Dr Bike session. Parents and children are invited to ride their bike to school, pick up some healthy breakfast and the first 20 bikes will be offered a free bike check completely FREE.

TRIP – Year 4 – National Gallery @ National Gallery
Oct 11 @ 9:15 am – 3:15 pm
Classes/Group: 4 Redwood & 4 Sycamore
Venue & purpose of trip: National Gallery – Science trip looking and depictions of Plants and Animals
When: Friday 11th October 2019
Depart from School: 9.15am (children need to be in school at 8.55am for normal registration)
Return to school: 3.15pm (school finishes at 3.15pm as normal)
Transport: Public transport (London Underground)
Staff on trip: Class Teachers and Support Staff

Children need to bring a packed lunch containing healthy foods and a plastic bottle of plain water (no glass bottles, fizzy drinks, sweets or chocolates). Children with a current authorisation for Free School Meals will be provided with a packed lunch by the school.

Children must bring a small bag or backpack to carry their lunch in.

Clothing: Full School Uniform (this is a Health & Safety requirement) with suitable walking shoes.
Inhalers/EpiPens Parents/Carers are responsible for ensuring that they provide the school with the appropriate inhalers and EpiPens for allergy sufferers at all times.
Behaviour Statement The highest standard of behaviour is expected of every child on a class trip as they represent the school. Any evidence of unacceptable behaviour leading up to the trip will result in children being kept back.

Marchants Hill School Journey – Years 4 and 5 @ Marchants Hill
Oct 14 – Oct 18 all-day

A fun filled week of activities for our Year 4 and Year 5 pupils during the annual residential trip to Marchants Hill.

End of Term Class Parties
Dec 19 @ 1:15 pm – 3:15 pm

Children will celebrate the end of term with class parties. Parents are welcome to donate food, please be aware that we are a NUT FREE school and you must not provide any foods containing meat products.
